The leading tradeshow in North Africa, DJAZAGRO is an unmissable event with an exhaustive international offering in 6 sectors of activities: Processing, filling & packaging, Bakery - Pastry, Food products & Beverages, Ingredients & Flavourings, Hospitality & Food service and Hygiene.
In 2023, DJAZAGRO will take place at the SAFEX Exhibition Park in Algiers from 05 to 08 June.
DJAZAGRO's exhibitors, all exclusively manufacturers, fulfil the needs of more than 20,000 professional visitors in search of know-how, machinery and partnerships. All of them work for the development of agrifood production in Africa.

  • 92% Algerian, 44% from the city of Algiers
  • 86% have a purchasing role.
  • 77% have tangible purchasing plans, including 33% to be concluded before the end of the current year. 
  • For 1 in 2 visitors, the principal reason for their visit is to discover new companies and/or new machinery and equipment.

All exhibitors acknowledged the quality of professional visitors. The high presence of international players can be attributed to the potential of the Algerian market in terms of local consumption and more importantly production.

The bakery of the future
The BAKERY OF THE FUTURE presented several machines in operation, covering the entire production process for baguettes, specialty breads, as well as various pastries and catering products; all using locally-sourced ingredients. 

Agri-food colloquium
Adepta, the professional network of over 200 French agro-industry businesses organized a professional colloquium dedicated to optimizing food processing factories in Algeria .

Export and invest business meetings
The Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented a round table discussion dedicated to exports in order to initiate, motivate and encourage economic operators in this sector to develop their export activity.
