The BAKERY OF THE FUTURE presented several machines in operation, covering the entire production process for baguettes, specialty breads, as well as various pastries and catering products; all using locally-sourced ingredients.
Agri-food colloquium
Adepta, the professional network of over 200 French agro-industry businesses organized a professional colloquium dedicated to optimizing food processing factories in Algeria .
Export and invest business meetings
The Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented a round table discussion dedicated to exports in order to initiate, motivate and encourage economic operators in this sector to develop their export activity.
