SIAL India is the Indian number 1 Food Innovation Exhibition, taking place in New Delhi, at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre, from 19 to 21 September, 2019. ‘’SIAL India is already the place to be for professionals and experts of the food sector willing to step into India, the next Eldorado for the agrifood sector, as the country is to become the world number one market ahead of China,’’ Adeline Vancauwelaert stresses.
SIAL India 2019 (Twice as big as 2018) is welcoming 250 exhibitors from 20 countries (India, UE, USA, China, Korea, Turkey, Russia…) 8000 BtoB visitors are expected. SIAL India is back on the track, offering new features, such as SIAL Innovation. This unique contest will award those who help shape what we eat both today and tomorrow among our contesting exhibitors innovations. The event will display all finalists, including the 3 most innovative products (awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze).
The Bocuse d’Or in India
‘’Another major event of this session will be the ‘Bocuse d’or’. Yes, the Indian chapter of the most prestigious gastronomic competition in the world will take place at SIAL India, in partnership with IFCA’’, Adeline Vancauwelaert says. This year, Gastronomy will truly be in the limelight as La Cuisine will honor the best chefs, performing live culinary demonstrations.
The Hosted Buyer program: a path to success
Is that all? One must not forget the Hosted Buyer, a program inviting and hosting more than 200 top buyers throughout the event, in partnership with FIFI, IFCA, HPMF… ‘’This event gives access to our matchmaking service, where we match everyone’s requirements with the appropriate exhibitor, ’’ Adeline Vancauwelaert adds. The goal? Give a boost and expand business.
The Tea Pavilion in the spotlight
What’s new regarding pavilions and conferences?
